Hey fellow mama! My name is Ashika Mehta-Ombe. I am a seasoned veteran in the clinical research industry, where I've spent the past 13 years managing operations with precision and dedication.
Having juggled the complexities of a demanding career in clinical research while managing the operations of my household, I've come to realize that the traditional balancing act simply isn't sustainable.
Now, as I embark on a journey of self-discovery and strive to find new ways to define myself, I'm committed to exploring avenues that allow me to prioritize both personal fulfillment and financial responsibility. My children remain my top priority, and I'm determined to ensure that they receive the love, care, and attention they deserve, even as I carve out space for my own growth and development.

Who is the crew?
My family's roots trace back to India, but I was born in the UK and spent my formative years in the Middle East before my parents settled in New Jersey, USA.
It was there, at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, that I met my husband, who hails from Nigeria, Africa.
All three of our kiddos were born in New Jersey before our family embarked on a new adventure. We spent a few years in sunny San Diego, California, immersing ourselves in the laid-back coastal lifestyle. Seeking more cultural diversity, we eventually made the leap across the Atlantic to settle in the enchanting city of Barcelona, Spain, where we now call home.
Our journey has been filled with twists and turns, but each chapter has brought us closer together as a family, enriching our lives with unforgettable memories and boundless opportunities for growth. Together, we strive to instill the values of humanity, kindness, and empathy through our travels and exposure to various cultures around the world
